An individualized treatment plan is developed for every patient to ensure the most appropriate and effective care. With over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, I have had the opportunity to help clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of psychiatric challenges. My experience includes working in inpatient psychiatric hospitals as well as completing internships in outpatient settings, where I have cared for patients across different age groups. My approach to providing care is centered on being open-minded and flexible, committed to supporting patients with whatever they need help for. What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and compassionate initial interview. This initial meeting is a crucial step in developing an effective treatment plan. During this session, I will evaluate your psychiatric history, medical background, family history, educational background, and other factors that may influence your mental health and treatment needs. I believe that a thorough initial assessment allows me to accurately understand your unique situation, which is essential for identifying the correct diagnosis and designing a safe and effective treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and understood as we work together toward your mental health and well-being.
