She graduated Magna Cum Laude with an MS in Nutrition and Applied Physiology from Columbia University and Suma Cum Laude with a BA in Movement Science from Hunter College in New York City. She has appeared on Martha Stewart Radio and CBS news and co-hosted a weekly show on nutrition topics on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network.
