Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I deliver high-quality care that utilizes the most recent advancements in medicine. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, PTSD, and military health, although I have treated most diagnoses in the DSM. I offer eight years of experience in medication management and therapy. Furthermore, I have over 25 years of active duty service caring for the mental health of thousands of active duty members, veterans, family members—including children—and civilian affiliates. I am a board-certified PMHNP and an associate professor for doctorate-level providers. I hold a Doctorate in Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. I am also a 29-year Army and Air Force retiree. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, and most mental health diagnoses.
