I came to the clinic in tears after hurting my lower back hips. I have never had pain like that before. Dr. Kikilas is a mirical worker. She truly helped get me out of pain. She was so kind and comforting. Highly recommend her to all!!

I was brought to aligned by wonderful words said by a family member. Once starting treatment I was able to see for myself the wonderful care of attention given to patients. I was thoroughly examined & listened to during my initial exam, after completion Dr.Mary put together a care plan for my needs. I was treated with care, understanding & made to feel comfortable while receiving top care. By the end of care I had learned to tools & tricks to stay out of pain long term.

Dr.Mary was an excellent provider. She taught me so much about chiropractic care. She not only took away my pain but gave me the tools to manage my symptoms for the long term. She gave me the confidence to get back to my daily life. I highly recommend seeing her because of her vast knowledge she has on the spine and how simple she can break it down for me to understand.

Dr. Mary was the only chiropractor who understood my pain and addressed it. Dr.Mary was professional and friendly which made me feel comfortable as she worked to relieve my pain. I felt immediate relief that has lasted with a care plan that I can stick to. Thank you Dr.Mary!

I am so thankful I found Dr. Mary. She has helped me with my back pain so much. Every time I do the exercises she gave me I feel a little bit better. The biggest thing she has given me is control over my back pain. I saw a physical therapist before seeing Dr. Mary and the exercises they gave didn't really help. I felt like moving was easier, but it didn't relieve my pain. Dr. Mary was the first person that actually helped my back pain. Thank you Dr. Mary!

After taking a bad fall and injuring my back over the summer I found myself in horrendous pain and unable to do even the easiest tasks throughout my day so I went to see Dr. Mary at Aligned Modern Health Elmhurst. I got to my appointment frustrated and in pain but Dr. Mary was so patient and explained not only what was wrong with me but her plan of attack to get me feeling better. I've been to multiple chiropractors in my life so I feel confident in saying Dr. Mary's adjustment style is truly outstanding, every adjustment is catered specifically to me and what I need! Working with her and Brian not only helped me be pain free but they also gave me the tools to feel stronger and confident throughout my daily movements.

She is honestly my favorite Chiropractor I have ever had! Her knowledge and "bedside manner" alone is enough to have me as a lifer.
Her ability to efficiently and effectively get me what I needed for my back pain was a breath of fresh air. Cut straight to the point of what I needed to do inside and outside of the clinic, and by following the treatment plan; she had me out of "pain" and getting stronger within a few appointments! I am still in my treatment plan, but every appointment I am feeling stronger, back to "normal", and even beyond that!
10/10 would recommend!
