Not a good first impression. There was not a clear sign to even locate the office and upon entering it looked dirty and felt cluttered. The receptionist - Stephanie did not greet me, didn’t even look up just asked for my name. She was not friendly at all. I made an appointment on Zocdoc and then I was told that they do not honor Zocdoc appointments. Then why was I sent a confirmation? How would anyone know this office does not honor these appointments? I took off of work to honor the commitment and I wish this office had honored theirs. It was made clear to me they did not care about my inconvenience so I will not be returning. Please give Stephanie proper training on being professional and scheduling appointments. Stay away from this office.
