About Mary Timmons

Hey there! I’m Mary Timmons, currently living it up in Baltimore, Maryland. By day, I’m a Critical Care and Nutrition Support Dietitian at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I get to combine my love for nutrition with making a real difference in people’s lives. I grew up in Syracuse, NY, and took my educational journey from SUNY Oneonta to Syracuse University for my dietetic internship. When I’m not helping others, you’ll find me hitting the pavement for a run, diving into an intriguing novel, or hiking with my adventurous pup, Grey. And let’s not forget my ultimate weakness—sourdough bread! There’s just something magical about that crusty goodness. I can’t wait to partner with you on your journey to achieving your goals!
