The whole experience was wonderful. Wait time less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The energy of the office was welcoming. NP Turner was great. Love her energy and her personality made me comfortable and she listened to my concerns without interruption. I am pleased and look forward to a long lasting doctor /patient relationship ??

I told my friends and family I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE with this doctor’s office. I am a proud African American woman and do enjoy supporting black owned businesses. However, I can’t say that I’ve ever been to a majority black doctors office and experienced a satisfactory level of customer service and care as compared to predominantly white doctor’s offices…. UNTIL NOW. The customer service from all personnel was excellent and the provider herself was amazing. She was friendly, personable, transparent, positive, helpful. That woman is the bomb.com. I would refer her to any and everyone. I cannot wait to go visit again.

This was my first time at Aylo. Everyone, from the front staff to the several nurses that assisted me (shout out to Michelle) to my provider were the nicest, sweetest people. I recently moved back to this side of town and was looking for a Primary Care Physician and this was it. I really felt appreciated and LISTENED TO. As a black woman who suffers from anxiety at the doctor’s office, this was a huge deal I can’t say enough good things about this office staff.
