I received my training as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Charles Drew University and did a nine months Field Psychiatry fellowship at Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Currently i practice at Canyon Haven Psychiatry where i see clients both virtually and in-person. I provide compassionate, holistic care to children (8-10), adolescents, and adults, ensuring that patients have the time they need to feel supported without being rushed. I believe treatment should feel like a collaborative partnership, grounded in warmth, respect, and clinical excellence. Through comprehensive evaluations, medical management, supportive therapy, i create personalized treatment plans that help clients regain balance, clarity, and emotional well being. I also integrate lifestyle and wellness strategies that emphasize sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress reduction because mental health is best supported when the whole person is cared for.
