I am a board -certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with adult clients who experience a variety of mental health conditions. I practiced as a psychiatric nurse for several years prior to completing licensure as nurse practitioner in 2003, when I began caring for adults through outpatient services. I later moved my practice to telemedicine in 2015, which has allowed me to reach and serve more individuals in need across several states. I received my Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Troy State University in Phenix City, Alabama, later obtained my Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from The University of Missouri in 2003. I am a passionate holistic nurse practitioner, Energy Medicine practitioner, member of the American Holistic Nurses Association and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, infusing principles of wellness, spirituality, heart and soul to my practice. As a board certified holistic energy medicine practitioner, I practice psychiatry as an integrated approach incorporating medication management services, nutritional support and healthy lifestyle coaching. I work with adult persons, age 18 and beyond. My clients come from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and experiences. The common link often is life experiences which have created tremendous amounts of stress and usual means of management have not been effective. There is often fear, doubt, challenges and uncertainty of the Self and their potential. My mission is to make your journey to wellness one of Self discovery and empowerment. You can expect that your story and concerns will be heard and addressed. Together, we will identify the specify areas of need and target appropriate interventions to restore your balance of health and well-being.
