Hi, I'm Maryann Lyons. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides warm, thoughtful, and highly personalized care for adults of all backgrounds.
I provide mostly medication management (please note this). My style is approachable and collaborative—I take the time to truly get to know you, so you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very first visit.
I treat a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, life transitions, and stress/burnout. I also have a special focus in perimenopause and enjoy helping women transition to this part of their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
First visit: We’ll take time to understand what’s been going on, what you’re experiencing day-to-day, what you’ve tried in the past, and what you want to improve. We’ll identify your goals together and outline a treatment plan that feels aligned and practical.
Ongoing care: We’ll track progress, adjust the plan as needed, and focus on steady, meaningful improvement—not quick fixes. If medication is part of your care, I use an evidence-based, thoughtful approach and I’ll walk you through your options, benefits, and side effects in clear, straightforward language. I also incorporate practical strategies you can use between visits to support real-life change
