The only problem I have is that I have a hard time understanding my therapist she has a strong accents. When we do a telehealth i can not hear her so she calls me, then there is a bad echo and makes it even harder to understand

I usually see Charles but he had jury duty. Matachi Ughwanogho was very thorough and very respectful during my Vsee appointment. I enjoyed meeting her and was thankful Lifestance made accommodations for existing appointments for Charles who was picked for jury duty
