About Matt Eisenstein
Matt Eisenstein is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. He holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University.
His extensive clinical experience includes valuable time spent in the Emergency Department, where he encountered a wide range of dermatological issues, from acute rashes to severe infections. Matt seemed rushed and didn’t explain anything to me clearly despite me asking many questions. I got a lot of “that’s just the way it is” and “you’ll just have to deal with this your entire life” without explaining why or how to alleviate or prevent. He gave me the classic “just put this cream on your face” while rushing out the door. Overall he was rushed, slightly rude, and just uninterested. Doctors, or PA’s in this case need to stop making patients feel like a routine number and need to begin listening and caring if they want peoples business.
