What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our mission might be to help you through a rough transition, or a longer journey to figure out who you really are and what you want from life. The process starts with a brief phone call so you can see how the fit feels. I meet with clients both in-person and online, at times weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Progress often looks like reintegrating parts of yourself which have been lost or forgotten, having fuller relationships, finding self-compassion, and gaining the skills to become your own best advocate.
