I provide collaborative, patient-centered psychiatric medication management for adults through convenient telehealth visits. My approach is practical and individualized, with an emphasis on understanding your concerns, discussing treatment options clearly, and making medication decisions together. I commonly work with adults experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and related concerns. Treatment is tailored to your symptoms, history, goals, and preferences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up through secure telehealth appointments.

I believe psychiatric care works best when you feel heard and involved in your treatment. I take a straightforward, nonjudgmental approach and encourage you to be open about what is and isn’t working. My role is to provide clear recommendations and clinical guidance while working with you to find a treatment plan that feels realistic and fits your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, and what you hope to improve. From there, we’ll review treatment options together, including the potential benefits and risks of medication when appropriate. Follow-up visits focus on your response to treatment, any side effects or new concerns, and making adjustments as needed.
