I'm passionate about educating my clients on their options so that we can make a decision about their care together. I strive to ensure my clients feel listened to and empowered by our appointments.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I like to ask my clients about their social history and what they have going on their life. Often times our life challenges have a huge impact on our mental health. I also like to provide my patients with a few options in their care plan, so that we can work together to decide on the best fit for them.

This was my first time ever seeking this kind of treatment, and was quite nervous. Any shame I had towards myself, or doubt was quickly gone. It was like talking to an old friend. Matthew didn't claim to be anything he wasn't and was very upfront with his skill set. I'm much more confident in any next steps and truly look forward to our next appointment. I had quite a few questions and nothing felt rushed. In the same breath, I also didn't feel like I had to over explain either. I really appreciated his time.
