I earned my Master's in Nursing from Sacred Heart University and completed a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Drexel University. Licensed in Oregon, Washington state, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, I have had the privilege of serving diverse populations and helping clients lead fulfilling lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Recognizing that every patient is unique, I collaborate closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan. I believe in a holistic approach that considers the physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's life to promote comprehensive well-being.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My mission is to empower my patients to regain control of their lives. I understand that mental health challenges can be overwhelming, and my goal is to provide support, guidance, and evidence-based treatments that foster resilience and recovery. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where patients can openly discuss their concerns.

I sadly would not be able to describe it because it did not happen... I scheduled the appointment the day before and the site said I was all set and the office would reach out to me to send me a link for my video appointment, as well as instructions, but the appointment time came and went without anything at all from him and/or his office. I called to asked what happened/what will happen but no answer. I left a detailed message but no reply at all yet...

I am so grateful to have found Matthew and MindRx. I wasn't sure how I would like teletherapy, but I could feel that Matthew was so kind and caring on my first visit that I am looking forward to my next session. My visit was great from the start. The Intake went smoothly, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kristofor paid attention to my worries and genuinely cared about my issues. One of the best experiences I have had with a medical provider.

Didn't receive a call, email, or any other communication. It's currently 70 minutes past appointment time. I called the number provided and got an automated system "outside normal business hours". All pre-appointment forms and files were filled and uploaded. Thanks for the waste of time and additional stress.
