Office staff were incredibly nice. However, I was relatively disappointed with my experience with Dr. Kircher. He spent maybe 10 minutes with me and seemed to be in a rush to get going (he even told me to google what he believes my diagnosis was for me to better understand it, instead of explaining it to me himself). I felt that my concerns were brushed off. For being an expensive appointment (with insurance) I felt that my problems were not addressed fully.

The experience was great! Excellent Service.
His office put me through hearing tests and told me my hearing was not considered normal. Duh, that's why I went to see the doctor in the first place. Dr. Kircher definitely knows his stuff. He examined my ears and told me it was a very common problem and it would clear up on it's own. My Eustachian tubes had fluid in them and I had to blow my nose with my mouth closed 20 times daily to clear up the issue. If it doesn't get better I need to return to see him in 2 months.
this doc is the best. i went in with hearing problem in my right ear and he cleaned my ear in minutes and I was out like a fresh born baby. I am grateful to find this doctr.
