What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with closely with patients individually or with their written or verbal consent to be present, as I consider each life unique and individualized as they are, treating each patient's care as as customized and individualized as they themselves are. Through out our sessions I assist and empower them through the utilization of proper diagnosis combined with multiple therapeutic modalities transcend and overcome past trauma and the stigma of mental health throughout the state of Arizona.

    As an out of network Provider, I provide Super Bills after each visit which can then be provided to their commercial carriers, if requested, as well as am able to process payments all forms of Credit Cards, only requiring they show the card during our meeting through Zoom, so I may verify that the card belongs to them. The payments through my Electronic Health Record System, are HIPAA compliant, and are all sent, and payments processed at the the end of each session for the agreed upon rate, which I work hard to keep in line with industry standards, and typical reimbursement rates, reducing their out of pocket fee as they are reimbursed by their insurance if they wish to use insurance. They may also simply pay using the same process, however, no super bill will be provided in this case. Either way, their records are stored and collected in my HIPAA compliant software, including communications and requests.
