“It was organized and clean. Everyone was warm and friendly. The doctor took his time and really addressed my questions without being dismissive. He spoke to me as though I had been his patient for years. Very thorough and warm. I finally felt like my concerns were addressed and I’m on the road to managing my issues instead of waiting for a hammer to fall. I felt like the doctor was more than competent. Dr. Leone is exceptional. I recently had pituitary surgery and needed a new endocrinologist. He is very meticulous; as a new patient, he thoroughly reviewed my records and asked detailed questions to help understand my condition. He also addressed concerns from past lab tests that even I was unaware of.

I did not like my online appointment. Since I had covid I've been having complications and different meds threw my system off balance. Dr Leone did not want to listen to me, interrupted me several times just to ask if I know I am seeing endocrinologist. Like I am an idiot and don't know which dr I am talking to. Did not know how to contact the lab for the tests, as I live ways away and use different lab. I had to call and get lab's contact info, rather than his assistants. And in turn he ordered a wrong test. Then he booked the next appointment for me in weeks. Which means that for 6 weeks I have to live with the symptoms or complications and hope they go away on it's own? I don't like drs like that. We booked because of all the good reviews, well my experience was really bad.

I was so pleased with Dr. Leone. He had a good bedside manner and definitely knew his stuff. I was trying to bring scans over from another place, and he tried very hard to work with them. He even called me to give me results. Excellent practitioner.
