Dr. Dugan is incredibly kind, thorough, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband and I are first time parents and Dr. Dugan makes us feel supported and comforted when it comes to caring for our newborn daughter. He takes the time to answer all our questions during appointments and follow up with us afterwards when necessary. We feel lucky to have him as part of our care team!
