Consummate professional! As a physician myself, I was greatly impressed with Dr. Mori's bedside manner, sense of humor, gentle touch, and willingness to explain everything. He was most reassuring, answered all my questions, and devised a game plan moving forward. I felt greatly reassured at the end of my visit. Staff was courteous and friendly. I can highly recommend Dr. Mori.

Dr Mori was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, nice, and made me feel comfortable. But I had to wait about an hour in the waiting room to before I was called into a room, and about another 20 minutes in the room before the doctor came in though because they booked my appointment at the same time as someone else's.

Matthew Mori was great as a doctor. However, I arrived at 7:45 am for my 8:00 am appointment and waited 45 minutes to have them tell me they never had my name in the system even thought I had a confirmed appointment through ZocDoc. I was finally seen at 9:15, and Matthew Mori was very helpful, but the fact that I waited 90 minutes and that they weren't able to figure out their mix up until 45 minutes after me waiting there is truly pathetic.
