“I've been seeing a therapist for 3.5 years, but wanted someone with more educational background and experience; I found that with Matt Thomas. Not only does he pay attention, but he's good at picking up key details to help or encourage his clients/patients. He's knowledgeable when it comes to medications; IF it comes to that during your care. To have someone empathetic while still having you take a good look at yourself and what you could or maybe should change. If you're looking for someone who listens, and gives you honest feedback while giving you space to feel, vent, and grow.... You have found a great person right here. I went by bio and experience. I'm glad I did what I did and on a new path with support; we all need it. Give yourself this opportunity; you're here for a reason.”

Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other concerns, my goal is to offer a structured yet flexible approach that empowers you on your mental health journey-all from the convenience of virtual care.

Matt is kind, caring and knowledgeable. We connected quickly. He has a true desire to help people.
Matt is great! Not afraid to push back, but only wants the best for his patients.
Very supportive, thinks outside the box, gets things done.
Great practitioner and person. I would highly recommend.
My experience with Matthew was terrible. He does not appear to prioritize meeting directly with patients, and the administrative process felt rushed. There was very little time provided to address insurance or billing questions, and my credit card was charged immediately without much discussion of options. Overall, the process felt more focused on payment than patient care. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this practice.

Matt is compassionate, knowledgeable, relatable and overall has an incredible way of making the people he works with feel heard, cared for, and capable of real, lasting growth. I cannot recommend him enough. He has gone above and beyond for us in so many ways and has been completely invested in finding the best possible path forward.
I can’t say enough good things about Matthew! He truly goes above and beyond in every way. For the first time, I feel like someone is actually listening and genuinely caring about my well-being. He never makes you feel like a number (which is very rare these days). He is warm, personal, and takes the time to get to know you and understand what’s really going on instead of treating you like a quick transaction. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such sincere compassion, but he does exactly that. I’m incredibly grateful to have found him!
Matt was Kind, compassionate and professional. I was able to connect with him, right away. His knowledge of medications and coping skills is superior. I would recommend him unequivocally.
Matt is a good man he cares a lot , listens r
I'm very greatful for Matthew's attention and care during our sessions. His positive and understanding approach on analizing and treating my case was key to help me to understand the problems I was dealing with and the best way to manage them. That included medication, follow up, finding tools in daily activities etc. I'm so glad I got the chance to work with him. I feel like I'm a different person, more confident and eager to improve and get better.
Matthew has been great and made the medication process so easy for me. He took time to understand me and my needs so we could come to the best solution. I was able to get an appointment quickly at a time that worked for me. Check-in appointments are quick but progress and any concerns are addressed!
Matt was very easy to work with and quick to assess my situation. He developed a plan to fit my needs while respecting my preferences.
Dr. Thomas is extremely understanding and helpful. He is very easy to book with and is very communicative about his availability. After negative experiences with my prior provider that ultimately made me dread my appointments, I’m very grateful for how wonderful my care has been under Dr. Thomas.

When I first called Matt searching for assistance with ADHD, I could tell that he knew what he was doing. He followed up in all the right ways to get me started when I was struggling. That’s why I chose him as a therapist, and I couldn’t be happier with his services! It is apparent to me that Matt genuinely cares about his patients. He picks up the phone when I call, he answers my questions with sincerity, and never makes me feel guilty for sharing or trying to improve. I feel like I was able to address the root of my problems and make improvements quickly because he provided such effective professional guidance. Matt had the clinical knowledge to guide me through those changes as needed. Matt has facilitated an extremely positive change in my life in a surprisingly short amount of time. He understands he’s working to help somebody, and not just earn a paycheck. If you’re looking for somebody who is in the right profession for the right reasons, Matt Thomas is your guy!
I can’t say enough good things about Matt, From the moment our appointment began, I felt genuinely cared for and heard. Matt is an incredibly compassionate person who takes the time to listen without rushing or interrupting. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients’ well-being, not just treating symptoms but understanding the full picture. Matt's approaches care with both expertise and empathy — a rare and refreshing combination. I left my appointment feeling supported, reassured, and confident in my care plan. I felt a relief that I hadn't felt in a long time. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a doctor who listens, cares deeply, and goes above and beyond for their patients.

I don’t usually write reviews—I make plans to, but then forget. And most reviews nowadays seem like theyre only about complaints. This is NOT that. Where to begin? My life is already changing for the better after a handful of sessions. He’s quickly become an essential part of my mental health support system. Normally it takes me a few sessions to feel comfortable with a provider, and if I can’t get a laugh out of them after that I usually move on. But Matt is warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He really listens, offers clear perspective, and importantly, isn’t afraid to (respectfully) call me out when I’m getting in my own way. I know I can be hard to pin down and tend to avoid serious conversations, but somehow he always finds ways to get me to open up—WITHOUT making it feel forced. I feel supported and understood in our sessions; even if he disagrees with me on something, he UNDERSTANDS why I feel like i do. We’re all pretty lucky he didn’t decide to become a car salesman.
My visit was fantastic. This guy genuinely cares about people and wants to work with you to get you where you want to be. Fantastic
Finally, we found the right resource!!! After many years of frustration, sadness and almost to the point of giving up, a friend recommended Matt and now we are finally making some progress and have ANSWERS and a well thought out, personalized game plan. I cannot thank Matt enough for going above and beyond what any dr has ever done for my daughter to help her get back to life! Mental health is not an easy nor quick fix and she (and our family) have been dealing with this for years and trying many different medications and therapies and never got her back to “herself” but now we have hope and she feels heard and genuinely cares for. Many years of failed trails to finally get answers as to why we failed because we all missed (including other doctors) a major thing but now we are moving forward in the right direction. I am forever grateful for my friend recommending Matt and grateful that Matt took on our challenge with care and compassion. 1000% recommend !!
He is amazing!! He makes me feel seen and safe, and has my back. He works very hard and is very proficient, kind, respectful, caring, and professional. I enjoy getting to talk to him, and he checks up to make sure everything is okay. He also takes your concerns and suggestions seriously and helps out on short notice. I highly recommend him!!
Matt has been very informative, easy to talk to, and understanding. You can tell that he really is there to help. If obstacles come up he will find a way to make sure you get the care that is needed!
Matthew Thomas has been wonderful in me in helping me through my journey to better myself. His medical expertise mixed with personal experience has helped me find myself more than any other therapists I’ve tried. His friendly personality, positivity, and genuine care for my mental heath and needs have helped me feel more understood than I have ever felt. He has motivated me to try harder to better myself by showing me that no matter how bad things seem it is always possible to be happy.
Paient care is his top priority. Very accessible, open, and available when needed. Goes out of his way to help via chat if something comes up outside of an appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients deeply.
Matt is down to earth and related very well to my needs. He is easy to talk to and genuinely wants the best for me. I have appreciated his care and his ability to communicate with me, and push me to be a better human.
I have had an incredible experience with Matt. He always made me feel like a person rather than just another patient on his list, and always takes the time to truly listen and understand what I am going through. He consistently addressed my needs with care and compassion, ensuring I felt heard and supported at every visit. Having had negative experiences with other PMHNPs in the past, I’m genuinely grateful for the level of respect and attention Matt has shown throughout my care. If you are looking for someone who you can develop a real, long term, professional relationship with look no further than Matt Thomas.
