“I was pleasantly surprised when i looked up a dermatologist in the city i just moved into, Delray Beach, and Zocdoc helped me book an appointment for the same day with Dr Matthew Uhde.
I arrived at the office, Palm Beach Dermatology Group and, although they hadn't yet received my online application, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke to Adrianne at the front desk, who went out of her way to make sure that i would get to see the doctor today. She gave me some papers to fill out and while I was still doing it, they called me in.
I saw Dr Uhde, and he put me at ease right away, while he took care of the issue that had brought me in. He explained to me what to expect over the next few days, and that was it. Great work!
One of the reasons i was drawn to him was because he is a DO. Never disappointing!
I'm convinced I've found my dermatologist while I live in the area.

About Dr. Matthew Uhde
Dr. Matthew Uhde grew up outside Chicago in Wilmette, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of San Diego, Master of Clinical Medical Science degree at Barry University, and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. We are excited to welcome our newest partner to Palm Beach Dermatology Group.
After training at JFK Medical Center in internal medicine, he completed his dermatology residency at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. He served as chief resident for both his internal medicine and dermatology programs. Dr. Uhde has dual board certifications by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Uhde has presented posters, given lectures and published articles on various dermatology topics and research within the professional medical community. He has received numerous awards and recognition throughout his medical school and postgraduate years including the NOVA Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine Dean's Community Award and introduction into the Sigma Sigma Phi, Psi Sigma Alpha and the Gold Humanism honor societies.

I had a great experience with Dr. Uhde. Both him and assistant were great in getting me looked at. I had booked an appointment for my acne, and felt that he actually took the time to look at my skin and hear my story, what worked and what didn't. Will be back again in a month for a follow-up and to see how his treatment plan is working!
