About Dr. Matthew Uhde
Dr. Matthew Uhde grew up outside Chicago in Wilmette, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of San Diego, Master of Clinical Medical Science degree at Barry University, and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. We are excited to welcome our newest partner to Palm Beach Dermatology Group.
After training at JFK Medical Center in internal medicine, he completed his dermatology residency at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. He served as chief resident for both his internal medicine and dermatology programs. Dr. Uhde has dual board certifications by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Uhde has presented posters, given lectures and published articles on various dermatology topics and research within the professional medical community. He has received numerous awards and recognition throughout his medical school and postgraduate years including the NOVA Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine Dean's Community Award and introduction into the Sigma Sigma Phi, Psi Sigma Alpha and the Gold Humanism honor societies.

I arrived exactly at my appointment time, but they made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room — only to tell me they had no idea when the doctor would see me, maybe another 1–2 hours. So basically I’m expected to waste 3–4 hours of my day after making an appointment, just to maybe see their doctor. No thank you.
