About Dr. Matthew Warren
Dr. Matthew Warren was born and raised in East Point, Georgia. His father was an airline captain based at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, Dr. Warren received his medical degree and completed his internship at the Medical College of Virginia. During his training, his family relocated to Peachtree City in 1987. He went on to complete a residency in family medicine and began his career practicing primary care and emergency medicine in Alabama.
In 2013, Dr. Warren returned to Peachtree City, where he has served patients ever since. Before joining Wellstar, he has been a primary care physician with the Veterans Administration, providing compassionate care to those who have served our country.
With several family members living in Senoia, Dr. Warren was excited to learn about plans for a new Wellstar primary care office in the community. He joined the Wellstar team to help open Wellstar Primary Care Senoia and is thrilled to begin caring for patients close to home.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Warren and his wife, Abigail, share six children, including energetic twin boys who keep them on their toes. The family enjoys church, sports, and traveling together. Dr. Warren is passionate about building strong relationships with his patients and helping them live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
