I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, and my Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville. I’ve had the opportunity to work in both outpatient and college campus settings, which has given me a broad perspective on the mental health needs of diverse populations. My approach to care is collaborative and holistic. I believe in working closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. I strive to understand the whole person, not just their symptoms, and my goal is to empower individuals to improve their mental well-being and reach their full potential. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD). Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time at the lake, traveling, going to concerts, and making memories with my friends and family. I also love my pets—Charlie the Pug, Oakley Blu the French Bulldog, and Mister Burger the cat. As a Georgia native, I’m a big fan of college football and look forward to Saturdays in the fall.
