I take a balanced approach that integrates both medication management and behavioral strategies to support overall well-being. I emphasize education, transparency, and shared decision-making so that you understand every step of your treatment. What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goal is to meet each client where they are and support them in creating meaningful, lasting change. I strive to make the process welcoming and personalized. The intake process begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, typically lasting 60 minutes. During this session, we will discuss your current symptoms, mental health history, and medical background. Progress in psychiatric treatment varies from person to person, but I commonly look for indicators such as improved mood, better emotional regulation, and increased ability to manage stress. I work best with adolescents and adults experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and other trauma-related concerns. I encouarge every patient to engage in talk therapy to experience a holistic therapeutic approach in care.

Care Solution Center LLC accepts most major insurance plans. We ask that clients confirm their coverage and any copay or deductible responsibilities with their insurance provider before scheduling an appointment. Payment for copays, coinsurance, or self-pay visits is due at the time of service. For clients who are out of network or prefer to pay privately, we offer a self-pay rate and can provide a detailed superbill upon request for potential reimbursement. We also accept major credit and debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and electronic payments.
