System for appointments versus pick ups is flawed or more accurately non existent. Friendly staff and the doctor but the whole experience left little to be desired.

The markup they add on to contact lens purchases is very high (at least 30% more for my order) and there is no cancellation or return policy. I wish I had researched prices online before ordering my contacts through their office so I would have known how overpriced they were.

Popular eye glasses store and friendly staff. Although their calendar integration with zocdoc is questionable as my zocdoc appt did not show up on their system - but the staff booked me in anyways - and I had to sit for quite a while for the doctor to become available. Glad there insurance part is accurate and the staff are well trained on dealing with the copays. Would recommend - but call ahead to confirm appt!

I made an appointment through Zocdoc, but when I arrived they said they had no appointment for me. Not sure if it's their fault or Zocdoc's. I was worried there would be a long wait but I only had to wait about 20 minutes. Everyone was kind and the place was neat and nice but small.

Dr Osaka was fantastic, he listened to all of my concerns and gave the time needed to make sure my prescription was up to date. I wish there had been more current styles for the lower end frames. They were an awful selection and I opted for something more affordable elsewhere. Still a very pleasant office experience with friendly staff.

Excellent! Everyone was really really nice. There was a small confusion about my appointment because I booked through ZocDoc, but they made it work. Otherwise, my experience there was smooth - they’ve adapted well to working around social distancing. I’ve moved around a lot (and so I’ve had a lot of different optometrists) and this one of the best. We zipped through the eye chart because he was spot on with my prescription. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but I’m pretty tired of getting low quality glasses from online retailers. They’re working in my glasses and I can’t wait to get them. Maybe it’s because I’m starved for human connection or maybe they’re just lovely people, but I left happy so 5 stars.

Fantastic experience. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Greeted immediately upon walking in and checked in right away. After filling out new patient paperwork, I was seen by the doctor in less than 10 minutes. I had called ahead because I was running 15 minutes late and they were still able to accommodate me. Additionally, Dr. Friedman cares more about eye care than upselling glasses. My vision is practically perfect except for a slight astigmatism in my dominant eye. He didn't push for me to purchase frames like other places I've been over the years. I liked his honestly in sharing that theoretically he could not prove that the glasses would actually make that much of a difference but to come back if I wanted them.
That says a lot about the type of care he provides. I'm glad with my choice to come here. All of the positive reviews that led me to this place were correct. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dental visit was good but they had not run my wife’s dental insurance and we were told when we arrived that hers was not active yet. If We knew we would have rescheduled it she could have stayed at work instead of taking off, so it was a bigger problem than they probably realize

The overall experience was good, although my wife's insurance ended up not being active, but we didn't find out until we got into the office even though we gave the insurance info before.
This made things complicated, I would recommend in the future to check for people, and if there's an issue to contact the customers so we don't waste time driving over.
