About Maxine Klempner
Maxine Klempner is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Maxine graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Diagnostics with a minor in Psychology. She continued her education at Thomas Jefferson University where she received her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant studies. Maxine graduated at the top of her class and received the award of Clinical Excellence. She is currently completing her Diplomate fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Prior to starting her journey as a PA-C, Maxine worked both as a medical scribe in the Emergency Department and as a certified nursing assistant in a rehabilitation center. She is passionate about dermatology and develops strong relationships with her patients through empathy, patient education, and open communication.
Maxine has an identical twin sister and enjoys traveling, taking walks, and reading. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and dog named Mochi. She is excited to join The Dermatology Specialists!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Maxine and her team. She did a fantastic job addressing my concerns, thoroughly explained the process, made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. The staff, Akhsa and Rodney, were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked into the clinic. I highly recommend this location and the amazing care provided by Dr. Maxine, Akhsa, and Rodney!

I spoke with Dr. Maxine Klempner and she is AMAZING! She was appalled by the customer service I received and apologized on behalf of all of the people I spoke to regarding my situation. She listened, empathized and I felt at ease knowing that Dr. Klempner truly cares about her patients. Now all she needs is a better team but I can now say that she was able to provide me with a sense of relief to know that my daughter is in good hands.
