About May Ko
May Ko, ARNP, was born in Queens, NY, and raised in Florida, graduating from the Palm Harbor University High School medical program. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida. In between programs, May worked for two years as an RN in oncology. It was during these two years that May decided to return to school to obtain her Master's.
May loves to fish, cook, and hang out with family and friends. She is drawn to music and plays both the piano and the guitar. May has a dog named London, who is very much her child, and she shares a close relationship with her two sisters, four nieces, and nephew. They definitely keep her busy on weekends.
May is a first-generation Chinese American and is proud to be the first in her family to graduate with a Master's degree.
She loves all aspects of dermatology and is excited to join the Suncoast Skin Solutions team.
May is accepting new patients in our Brandon and Riverview locations.

I was seen fast, about 2 minutes after I arrived. I was completely done in 15 minutes. May was pleasant and attentive, great bedside manner. We talked about next steps in case the treatment didn’t work. Really like her and will come back to see her for any skin issues.
