About Maya Nahra

Maya is a registered dietitian with fifteen years of experience. She is a diplomate of the American Institute of Stress, owner of the Southwest Dietitian Group, and founder of Nuuaria, where she teaches behavior change practices and stress management. Maya earned her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She became a dietitian because of her own early struggles with weight and health.
