I set my appointment and updated my insurance which informed me was in network but the day of I was told I was not set for an appointment and was “scheduled” over the phone for the following week, after reverifying my insurance I was told it was not covered and it would be 200 for an office visit if I wished to continue which I could not do.

NP Oliver was great!!! He was kind, patient, and explained everything to us in detail. It’s very rare you find a healthcare professional that takes their time to explain everything to you and answers all your questions. We did not feel rushed or overwhelmed at all. So happy to have found him, we will definitely be back!!!

OMG.... HE CAUGHT SOMETHING I DIDN'T NOTICE WHEN I HANDED IN PAPERWORK.. Plus he was very knowledgeable and was very thorough... I will admit I was nervous because he was someone new but that all went away after meeting him.... I have to say I made a great choice..
