What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your initial assessment (intake) is scheduled for 45 minutes. During this time, the provider will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your medical and treatment history. Following the intake, we will discuss and agree upon a treatment plan that outlines your goals, recommended treatment methods, medication management, and therapy. Depending on the provider's approach, sessions may include a combination of talk therapy, medication management, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs. The provider may also offer psychoeducation, coping skills training, and support in implementing healthy lifestyle changes. Please communicate openly with your provider about your preferences and goals for treatment. This will help ensure a collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship.
