Most relevant
I was a new patient. The downstairs lobby area was not staffed and there were boxes everywhere. It would’ve been nice if someone was working that desk to direct newcomers to the 2nd floor. The front desk wasn’t friendly. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, despite arriving 15 minutes early to my appointment and doing pre-check online the day before. I saw a nurse practitioner, not the person I booked the appointment with. Luckily the nurse was very professional. I had a Pap smear, sonogram, and bloodwork done for fertility reasons. Everything including the wait time took over 3 hours to complete. I understand being short-staffed, but please don’t take patients or appointments if you don’t have the means to handle them in a timely manner. It doesn’t serve the patients or the staff and made the experience tense. Wouldn’t recommend this place or go back.
