The Dr. was short, not personable, and the staff all acted as if it was their first day on the job. I don't know if the staff was stalling for the Dr. but at one point the woman from the front desk came in with a clipboard and was asking me questions and taking notes but you could tell she didn't know what she was doing or asking then the Dr. walked in and she said, "oops, here he is", then handed the clipboard to the Dr. and he started the exam.
Dr. Alam is a very good doctor. He listens to your concerns and is very flexible with appointments. Sometimes I have an issue with making it to his office due to the time I leave work and he has offered to stay later to see me. Most doctors would never even consider doing this. 100% of the time I get seen the same day I call for an appointment.
Dr. Alam was very impersonal. Kinda rude and left me in the room for 15 minutes without letting me know what he was doing. When I finally went out to look for him I seen him in his office. He said he was having computer issues. I will not be back
