Meadow Summers, PA-C

Physician Assistant (Psychiatry)
721 12200 S, Draper, UT
I bring nearly a decade of diverse clinical experience with a rich background in mental health and neurology, after holding positions in rural primary care, trauma, and telemedicine. I approach psychiatry with compassion, clinical depth, and a belief in whole-person healing by helping patients understand symptoms and collaborate on treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. I earned a Psychiatry Certificate from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (2024) and an Added Qualification in Headache Medicine (AQH) awarded by the National Headache Foundation in 2022. My clinical specialties include depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep concerns, and perimenopause. I’m also interested in overlapping psychiatric and neurologic conditions, such as neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, movement disorders, and chronic pain. My AQH certification shows my dedication to providing comprehensive, quality care for those living with headache disorders. Outside of work, I find joy in the outdoors by biking, trail running, and skiing as well as at home cooking meals with my family and friends. My daily yoga practice and interest in Ayurveda reflects a commitment to lifelong learning and balanced living.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My treatment approach integrates lifestyle medicine, psychoeducation, therapy referrals, medication management, and neuromodulation (transcranial magnetic stimulation/TMS). Whether practicing in person or virtually, I am known for a calm, grounded presence and focus on meaningfully connecting with individuals from all walks of life. I value shared decision-making and collaboration, utilizing preventive techniques, and empowering patients to actively engage in their mental health care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start with a thorough evaluation to understand your history, current challenges, and priorities. Together, we create a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, or lifestyle strategies to strengthen overall wellness. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
