“I came to Meagan dealing with chronic constipation post menopause. I had tried everything for several years to relieve my symptoms and nothing helped me. Instead of just looking at my surface level symptoms together we have dug deep into the root causes. I say together because she truly listens, truly wants to help you get better and truly wants to find solutions to bring you to a place of better heath and a better understanding of how to take care of your body and stay well. I’m so grateful for her and her care.”

About Meagan Reynolds

This is a self-pay practice. The initial appointment fee is $399. Meagan Reynolds, RDN, LDN, CFMP, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner who helps women get to the root of thyroid, gut, and hormonal health concerns. As the founder of Journey to Balance, a virtual functional nutrition practice based in Nashville, Tennessee, she works with clients statewide who are looking for real answers and a clear, personalized plan. Meagan's approach is shaped by her own experience with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. She knows firsthand what it's like to be told your labs are "normal" while still feeling exhausted, foggy, and unlike yourself, and that experience is what led her to functional medicine. Today she helps women navigate the same path with the guidance she once needed. She focuses on Hashimoto's and other thyroid disorders, gut dysfunction, histamine intolerance, hormone imbalances, fatigue, mood changes, and metabolic concerns. Rather than managing symptoms one at a time, she uses a root-cause functional medicine approach, combining detailed health history, functional laboratory testing, targeted nutrition, and professional-grade supplements to address the underlying drivers of how her clients feel. Meagan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in dietetics from Middle Tennessee State University and completed her dietetic internship at Harper University Hospital in Detroit. She holds her Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner credential through Functional Medicine University and has been in practice since 2009, including clinical nutrition support work before opening Journey to Balance in 2017. Her care is warm, collaborative, and practical. Appointments are held virtually, so clients can get expert, individualized support from wherever.
