Palmetto Imaging is a local network of independent, outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities in the SC midlands. We have been partners with the local medical community for over 20 years. Palmetto Imaging is the alternative to hospital radiology services. Doctors choose us for quality; patients choose us for convenience. Palmetto Imaging Irmo is conveniently located off I-26 in the Irmo Wellness Center, a short drive from Prisma Health – Baptist Parkridge Hospital and Lexington Medical Center Irmo. We serve doctors and patients from Irmo, Lexington, Chapin and throughout the Midlands. Our high-quality radiology services include 1.2T high-field open bore MRI and CT Scan. Onsite radiologists are fellowship trained and all technologists are certified in their respective modality. Radiologist reports are guaranteed to the referring provider within 24-48 hours of their patient’s appointment. Palmetto Imaging offers early morning, evening and Saturday appointments. We accept physician orders for insured and uninsured patients and offer discounted self-pay rates. All patients will receive a good faith estimate prior to their appointment.
