The front desk staff were fabulous, efficient, and I waited under 15 minutes, probably less than that -- I was late for my appointment, so I expected to wait much longer. Nope, peak efficiency!! Bianca who saw me for my bee sting was SO patient and wonderful -- she went above and beyond to try to find the stinger, was so gentle and had a wonderful bedside manner. She thoroughly explained what I should look for, and even went so far as to step out to do some quick research on my particular case. For a super urgent quick visit where I didn't have time to get to my PCP, I highly recommend these folks and their practice!

Terrible experience. Came in with bad food poisoning and the doctor was really inconsiderate and rude. Made comments directly to me and I overheard him talking about me to the nurses outside in a rude tone. Ended up telling me he had “no time for this” and referred me to his manager. Luckily, the manager was nice enough to accommodate me at another facility.

There appears to be a miscommunication re: physical exams. The website says that it is an offered service. I called a few days ahead to confirm the services was offered, then booked an appt, taking the 1st one available. However, the office I visited did not have any medical staff show up for another hour after my booked appointment. I left and came back after ~50 minutes. I was checked in promptly, but the attending nurse (no dr's available) was not aware that physical exams were offered at that location.
The staff I interacted with were very competent + professional & worked hard to overcompensate for any shortcomings. However, the miscommunication re: appt times and physical exams is a top level communication failures. Please update your website re: hours and your staff re: services.
I did receive a follow up call, but the person who left the VM spoke too softly. I will have to call back.
Pls also offer a way for people to check their visit results online.
