I really like how Doctor Ana Grinko is so attentive and wants to only solve the issue and goes above and beyond to help you with your health. She is a wholistic doctor she wants to help the whole person and get to what ails the person most. The receptionist are very kind and attend to your needs.

I have been attending Proxi Urgent care for a few years now. The reception staff are pleasant and courteous. The office is clean and comfortable. The Dr (can’t remember her name Russian lady) is nice. She’s friendly, engaging and personable. As well as knowledgeable and professional. Not only do I visit the clinic, my kids do as well.
If you live in Prospect Heights area, close to Medgar Evers college, this is the best urgent care for us

My doctor was thorough. We didn't find an immediate answer to my issue, so I was given a couple of referrals and an appointment for a follow-up. My examination was thorough and I should know something definite once test results come in.

Dirtiest medical facility I’ve ever seen. Water damage on the ceiling, and dirt, handprints, and mysterious orange splatters all over the walls.

I had fever/chills after a UTI and was worried I had a kidney infection. I made the first appointment and so there was no wait. Dr. Grinko was very kind and informative, and she was very clear about what I should do next. It was quick, but she made it clear (and I felt too) that was because the sooner I got the medicine she prescribed and started resting, the better. The office had a nice vibe, the one office worker was helpful. It’s a nice enough office, but for the draw was the care.

Wait time was kind of long. Paperwork redundant and the clipboard was almost snapped in half and basically useless as a writing surface. Nobody (or few people?) on staff had their mask up even though someone in the waiting room had a cough and sore throat. I got on the scale backwards but the nurse informed me of my weight before I could get a chance to ask her not to.
Front desk and nursing staff was kind and helpful. Doctor and nurse were very professional and efficient and solved my medical issue right away. I would probably go back because of the trustworthiness of the doctor and the convenience of the appointments. But the experience could’ve been a bit better.
