Megan is amazing. She is a great listener and she explains everything so that I can understand it. She also fixes the problem. When I originally made the appointment, I made it online. It didn’t seem like Megan was available for me so I booked someone else. The office called me and offered me an appointment time very close to the same time but with Megan. I was so happy. I took that appointment and was not disappointed.

Scheduling is easy and within an acceptable timeframe. The wait after check-in is extremely fast and I truly can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Megan Bichsel for her listening skills and always providing additional options for at home care. Her attentiveness to the patient’s concerns are appreciated!

Received a text stating time 11:30 and location for appointment but when I got there the receptionist said that I was at the wrong location. When I showed her my text stating the location and time she said oh I’m sorry they didn’t update your appointment information. Megan is not here until 1:30. Do you want to wait? I said no I do not want to wait but I will come back at 1:30.

Professional staff. Very busy office, but I’m used to seeing my concierge doctor, so no real comparison.
The staff worked with me to get an MRI worked into this appointment so I didn’t have to make an extra appointment.

These guys are great. Got there a few minutes early, and they took me in right away. They immediately did x-rays. Then Megan quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a cortisone shot and handed me over to the MRI guy with only a couple of minutes waiting. Amazing service and coordination.

Megan was amazing! I went here after a bad experience with a previous ortho doc, she made me feel heard and explained everything clearly and concisely. We came up with a plan of care that had me leaving feeling hopeful vs defeated as I did with the other doc. I would recommend her to everyone!
