Dismissive not fully listening and asking appropriate questions and did not even say goodbye when left the room. Appeared to be in a rush even though I came in for new patient visit. Zocdoc said in network and I got a full bill.

The actual appointment with Dr. Cho was great and even visiting the office wasn't bad. But afterwards trying to get my prescription that was sent to me has been a pain. My questions in the patient portal went unanswered, I kept calling their office and was kicked out of the call queue without warning 6+ times. Getting in to see Dr. Cho was very easy and she addressed my concerns adequately, but any follow up communication from the office leaves a lot to be desired.
