About Dr. Megan Cloud

Dr. Megan Cloud brings extensive experience to her role at NuView Health Medical. She serves the local community in and around New York City and empowers people to take responsibility for their health. Since everyone is different, she utilizes multiple chiropractic techniques tailored to her patients' individual needs.
Dr. Cloud received her Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. She continually stays up-to-date on the most progressive techniques available. Dr. Cloud is very active, enjoys exercising, and was a competitive equestrian.
She believes that patients should be active participants in their health care. Dr. Cloud holds herself to the highest standard of care and is dedicated to creating a positive patient experience for every individual.

This was a sketchy experience. I did not see the doctor I booked. Instead they kept parading in other people - massage person, therapists. I did not understand what was happening. I highly suspect it was a way to pad their bill. It was very concerning. I see now they are playing games with my insurance. Highly concerning and sketchy practices.

I was scheduled to see Megan Cloud, instead, I was attended by Amber Altamur. My visit lasted only 30 minutes, which included a warm-up stretch and massage. Despite stating I wanted a chiropractic adjustment, Dr. Altamur provided only two neck and two lower back adjustments, each taking just a couple of minutes. Overall, I was rushed through the chiropractor session in less than five minutes, leaving me quite disappointed.
Honestly, I believe I could have achieved better results at a Thai massage par. To add to my frustration, I had not only missed seeing the doctor I booked but also received a subpar adjustment from Dr. Altamur. The appointment that was supposed to last 70 minutes ended up being around 30, including unnecessary waiting time, which felt like a waste of my money.
On a positive note, I must commend the staff for their polite and friendly demeanor, but that alone isn’t enough to make up for the experience.

Everyone at NuView is amazing! The staff is super friendly and very efficient. I enjoy the variety of services provided to address my ailments/issues. They do physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy and chiropractic. I always leave feeling so much better and my shoulder injury has definitely improved since I started going here. I often tell the doctors that this is my favorite place in NYC. 10/10 no notes.

What makes NuView Health different is that you are working with a TEAM to make you better. You're not just getting one chiropractor to snack, crackle, and pop you into place. I had an entire team during my first visit including a physical therapist, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, and then my chiropractor. Very grateful for the NuView Health team!

It went great! I met with the chiropractor first to discuss history and pain levels. Then X-rays first for back pain and chronic shoulder/neck pain. Reviewed X-rays, and decided it was muscle related. Then a physical therapist came in, moved everything- very helpful and not so intense I couldn’t stand it. Super friendly and strong! Then acupuncturist came in and set me up. Then masseuse came in and smoothed out the rest of the kinks. Then the chiropractor came back in and adjusted my upper spine, very gentle with the lower where the pain was. I was in more pain when I left, but within the hour the muscles around the pain point loosened to the point where I could walk around and sit without aggravating the injury further-extremely helpful and better than I’d get in days. I’ll go again a couple more times this week. My insurance covered the whole visit. The staff is extremely attentive and listens to you. Very kind and mostly women. It was a great experience.
