They'll tell you that she genuinely lives by her favorite Mahatma Gandhi quote: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Plenty of "a-ha" moments filled her childhood days, especially while volunteering at her Ohio hometown hospital where she developed her lifelong passion for helping others lead healthier lives. That's when Dr. Williams discovered how much she enjoys interacting with and educating patients during their journey to better health and wellness. Wellness is a journey, that, for Dr. Williams includes walking along Chicago's vibrant lakefront, practicing yoga, taking aerial fitness classes and volunteering at animal shelters. Her gluten-free lifestyle inspires her to master healthy recipes and bake delicious nutritious treats. She maintains a healthy social life by regularly visiting old friends, colleagues and past patients. After completing her BS in biology from Youngstown State, Dr. Williams earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences, where she was very active in Motion Palpation Institute and served on the board of Lambda Chi adjusting sorority. Along with general chiropractic care, Dr. Williams specializes in motion palpitation and nutritional counseling. She's also a certified acupuncturist.
