Wouldn’t know how to review never saw provider. Have emails and texts saying my insurance was verified. As I’m trying to connect to provider a call came through and went to voicemail that my insurance can’t be verified. Logged on 15 mins early waited provider never showed up. Had to spend 8,657 minutes on hold with someone to then get the call cut off. Called again and was told provider was logged on and that I wasn’t. I have a screen shot of call 4 minutes in to prove I was on call since I just knew they’d try to hit be $100 no show fee. Which of course they did. Convinced this is a scam. Had two coworkers that also had upcoming appts booked heard my horror story and they both cancelled theirs. If you had mental health issues before you certainly have more after!
