What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a provider that believes mental health care works best when patients feel genuinely heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions. My approach is warm, collaborative, integrative, and patient-centered, with a focus on creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without judgment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your initial visit is focused on getting a full understanding of you—not just your symptoms. We’ll talk through your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle, and any past treatments. This helps us arrive at an accurate diagnosis and build a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. You can expect: A thorough, structured conversation about your symptoms and goals Review of prior medications, therapies, and outcomes Discussion of medical history and how it may impact mental health Time to ask questions and share what matters most to you By the end of this session, we’ll collaborate on a clear plan forward.
