Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

ZocDoc and Talkaitry do not communicate so although Talkaitry canceled the appointment ZocDoc kept sending reminders up to the appointment. Total miscommunication and not with the first provider I tried. I will not book through ZocDoc again.

I do feel bad the provider had an emergency. That being said I was not contacted. I had to call the office. They stated they apologize but the next appointment wouldn’t be for another month or so. I stated it was not fair that my appointment was canceled. I asked to schedule sooner in which I was told there were no openings. So pretty much I waited for an appointment and got denied service when I really needed to be seen, only to be told I was beat and had to wait another month. Very unprofessional.
