“I was looking for a new primary provider and decided to try Shamrock. I was extremely happy with my visit and have found my new pcp. It’s the first time I ever went to a pcp appointment, for there 15 minutes early and was seen immediately by the provider. I like their different approach to how you set appointments and not need the front office staff etc. It’s a novel idea and I’m looking forward to being a patient there. Meghan was a pleasure to talk to and go over everything making a great first impression for the practice.”

The apt was really easy to schedule and the office wasn't hard to find. It's small and made it feel more personable. It was my first time meeting her but she listened completely and was able and willing to help with treatments, prescriptions, and any paperwork I needed. I got what I needed and the apt itself wasn't super long either.

Upon walking in I was greeted and asked to confirm my name. Once I had I was asked to have a seat and the receptionist spoke with Meghan to let her know that I had arrived. I waiting maybe 10-15 minutes before being seen, I was also about 20 minutes early to my appointment, and while speaking with Meghan it was clear that she understood my concerns and made recommendations based on what was discussed.
