I take a holistic approach to patient care. I like to get to know my patients individually, so that we can develop a treatment plan that meets their needs
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Insurance claims may be processed through my billing company or Headway depending on your insurance. They will collect your initial information upon booking. A benefits investigation is completed on your behalf, and all attempts at providing accurate detailed information on payment is made, however, it is always best for the patient to call the insurance company directly to understand how deductibles and copays may apply.
If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $200.00 for new intakes will be charged
