I booked an appointment for a specific service and when they took me to the back they informed me that they do not uphold that particular service since they do not have access to certain machinery but I was still charged for my visit even though services were not rendered. The doctor specially said “go next door and they will be able to help you, we are a family practice not an OBGYN”. If they are not able to provide services they should not have those options to choose from on Zocdoc. They originally told me I would have to pay one amount but when I started to question the pricing they told me a cheaper option. Regardless, I think that it in insane to charge a patient for services you do not offer.
