What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a whole person approach and don’t just focus on symptoms. We look at things like sleep, diet, exercise, and life stressors to really understand what’s going on. I’m very down to earth and try to create a comfortable, relaxed environment. I also use humor when appropriate to help patients and families feel more at ease.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I usually start by taking the time to really understand the full picture: what’s been going on, what’s working, and what’s not. From there, we come up with a plan that feels manageable, which may include medication and practical strategies to help day-to-day. Follow-up visits focus on how things are going and making adjustments as needed.
